After graduating, I spent my first year and a half practicing emergency medicine at Cleveland Clinic in south Florida where I enjoyed the fast-paced environment of the ER before moving into family and urgent care medicine in order to experience the full continuity of care. This is where I found my calling in urgent care based medicine. Although I will miss deep sea pelagic fishing in the beautiful sunshine state and the sailfish capital of the world, I’m eager to expand my horizons here in Colorado while exploring what the west has to offer. In my free time you can catch me playing or watching hockey, deep sea or fly fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, traveling, biking, camping, and just enjoying the outdoors. I have an interest and passion in all aspects of medicine, but especially regarding the topic of mental health. I believe, in the next few years, we will begin to see a paradigm shift in both the understanding and treatment of mental health and strongly believe there will be hope for those who have struggled for so long. I mostly focus on traditional medicine, but I adjust my practice based on mind body medicine and the power the mind can have over the function of each individual.
